Phở Chat là không gian làm việc AI cho bác sĩ, dược sĩ và nhà nghiên cứu. Câu trả lời trích dẫn nguồn thật (DOI, PubMed), luận điểm thiếu nguồn được gắn nhãn "chưa xác thực" thay vì bịa. Bạn **cắm API key của chính mình** (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google...) để dùng mọi model trong một chỗ, Phở không thu thêm phí trên key đó. Kèm theo là Clinical Answer Mode, Deep Research và Brain (bộ nhớ kiến thức đã lưu). ### Phở Chat có hoạt động trên di động không? Có. Web app responsive, ngoài ra ứng dụng iOS/Android đang ở giai đoạn beta. Bạn có thể đăng ký nhận thông báo bản đầu tiên tại trang chủ. ### Có hỗ trợ tiếng Việt thật sự không? Tệp gốc được lưu mã hoá ở Google Cloud Storage / Cloudflare R2. Toàn bộ truyền tải qua TLS 1.2+. ### Tôi có thể xoá dữ liệu không? Có. Cài đặt -> Tài khoản -> Xoá tài khoản. Hội thoại sẽ bị xoá ngay; sao lưu mã hoá sẽ được dọn trong 30 ngày. ## Y tế ### Phở Chat có chẩn đoán bệnh được không? **Không.** Phở Chat không phải thiết bị y tế và không thay thế bác sĩ. Phở Chat is an AI workspace for clinicians, pharmacists and researchers. Answers cite real sources (DOI, PubMed), and claims without a source are labeled "unverified" instead of invented. You **bring your own API key** (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google...) to use every model in one place, with no markup from Phở. On top of that: Clinical Answer Mode, Deep Research and Brain (memory of what you have saved). ### Does it work on mobile? Yes. The web app is fully responsive, and the iOS/Android app is in beta. You can join the early-access list on the landing page. ### How good is the Vietnamese language support? First-class -- interface, docs, support, default prompts, and skill bundles are all Vietnamese-first. You can switch to English in Settings -> Language. ## Plans and billing ### Is there a free trial? Yes. Free is free forever: Gemini 2.5 Flash and GPT-6 Luna within a monthly allowance (shown as a percentage), and every other model on your own API key. Yes -- full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. For paid plans settled by VND bank transfer, we issue electronic VAT invoices on request. Email support@pho.chat with your tax ID and company name. ## Privacy and data ### Do you train models on my content? **No.** We never train models on your content, we don't sell your data, and we configure model APIs for "no-training" / "zero retention" where the provider supports it. Raw files live encrypted in Google Cloud Storage / Cloudflare R2. All transit is TLS 1.2+. ### Can I delete my data? Yes. Settings -> Account -> Delete account. Conversations are deleted immediately; encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. ## Medical ### Can Phở Chat diagnose conditions? **No.** Phở Chat is not a medical device and is not a substitute for a doctor.
